Old Skool Hip Hop artist of the Week

The Commodores are Lady Jane DJ's favorite Old Skool Hip Hop Artists of the Week. The Commodores first gained popularity in the 70's by touring with the Jackson Five and on their own in Ney York and Europe. With saxophone player Lionel Richie, drummer Walter Orange, trumpet player William King, bass player Ronald LaPread, keyboardist Milan Williams and guitarist Thomas McClary, this all Man band was sure to succeed. Their hit Brick House from back in the 70s still has the dance floor throwing their hands up in the air every time Lady Jane DJ mixes it in!
